It measures 380.2 mm in width, at a depth of 198.3 and a height of 91.3 mm. When all the pages / feeders for printing and scanning are open, then the depth rises to 401.5 and the height to 269.8 mm. The weight of the device is 3.06 kg with battery. If these dimensions and weight of the products are a bit larger, it should be remembered that this is actually a printer, a scanner and a photocopier, so it is clear that it is more difficult to perform further miniaturization. The printer is compact in a closed state, but there is no buckle that holds the top cover, so it should be cautious in transport. From the design side, it's a clean business device and the manufacturer did not go into experiments. Plastic is a black matt, with glossy elements, and elegance is provided by rounded edges. On the surface, the device lies tightly thanks to the mass, but also the four rubber feet in the corners.

The back cover is reserved for the battery cover, the power cord socket, the USB socket, and the Kensington Lock. By opening the top cover, it is raised to the right and the CGD screen is 2.65 "(6.73 cm) and IR touch, while on the left is the ignition key and status LED. This platter uses a shiny plastic that equally efficiently attracts dust and fingerprints, but looks more elegant (at least when it is clean). The top page also serves as a paper feeder (up to 50 pieces), and are supported by A4, A5, A6, B5 (ISO); B5 (JIS); A2, C5, C6, DL (envelopes) and 10 x 15 cm (photo) standard formats, with 76 x 102 to 216 x 356 mm "custom" formats. The paper weight can be 60 to 300 grams per square meter, and 75 grams of paper is recommended. Various types of paper are also supported, and more on the HP site. The recommendation is to print up to 500 A4 pages per month.
